Schedule Appointments

For many, booking the first appointment is the hardest. If you would like to get started you can easily book an appointment online below. You have three options to chose from:

1) I offer a free 15 minute meet and greet. This session is designed for you to “interview” me about my therapeutic approach and background. During this time I may ask you about your treatment needs and goals, however this brief session is not a therapy session. We can meet over phone, Skype, or in person.

2) If you feel you are ready to start therapy, you may begin a new client application and book an intake appointment via the link below. Typically this is a 60 minute appointment, however may be scheduled for a different length depending on your needs. In this session, we will review your treatment needs, goals and personal history. If you would like to begin weekly appointments. Please schedule your first 3 appointments following your intake as soon as you can. This will help you make sure you get appointments when it best fits your schedule and timely for your treatment.

3) Looking for health and wellness coaching? We can start with a 15 minute meet and greet or an hour assessment appointment. Assessments help us find your baseline starting point so we can accurately program your wellness goals. We can meet over the phone, in person, or via Skype. These sessions are typically not covered by insurance.

The online scheduling calendar and messaging system is provided via a HIPPA secure website. Once you create a client profile you will be able to request an appointment. Then, I will be able to review your enrollment paperwork and approve your appointment time. Reminders are sent via email and text messaging.

Prior to beginning therapy I will ask you to review my practice policies and privacy policy. Please plan to review these  documents prior to your first appointment and we can review any questions together.
